ORE agrees to refund the original fee paid upon receipt of written notice of cancellation by the applicant where the notice of cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the class. However, we will make no refund of the tuition fee if written notice of withdrawal is received after the commencement of the program.
